
Regarding the chair, room and painting...how far does this go because I presume that Freerider wasn't the designer of the chair or the room...or the picture frame housing the old master, or the...etcetera.

Regarding the chair, room and painting...how far does this go because I presume that Freerider wasn't the designer of the chair or the room...or the picture frame housing the old master, or the...etcetera.
But they're not art, you may say...but they *were* designed and the design will be copyright...so how does a photographer win...what if you took a picture of someone on a replica of Dali's 'lips' sofa...would we know it was a replica and not the real thing? What about all the furniture churned out by the Bauhaus movement, or even IKEA (Swedish firm which makes modern, inexpensive furniture)...they have a raft of designers working for them and their designs are exclusive to IKEA.
Tricky one...
