When import photoshop file that have white background does it illustrator read that like bitmap or i must not have background like that.

You shouldn't be using bitmap elements in Illustrator files. The whole file has to be editable. |

EPS files can be both vectors or bitmaps. When I first uploaded EPS as additional formats I saved using Photoshop which rasterises the files to bit maps. These were all approved but some of my sales were refunded as they were not fully editable.
I have now resaved all my additional formats as either EPS AI8 if they do not have any effects such as transparancies or AI CS if they do. Hope this helps. |
