Hi,
A very strange thing happened after sending 5 of my images to the keymasters.
There are all back since a couple of weeks.
Now, all of my images are reported having bad keywords.
Including the keymastered images!
My own keywords may be not that good, but the keymasters are masters!?
Or is it because i asked support to to disable my images because i seek for exclusivity elsewhere? Just a thought, it may be coincidence.

Hello,
There was a technical glitch in our system. This is why you images had editing rights blocked. It may happen that some images are flagged but it is extremely unlikely to have all your images flagged for irrelevant info. We solved the issue and you should be able to edit images now. Please try and if the trouble persists, address support for further assistance.

You are free to disable your images and work with whichever agency you please as long as you observe our site's rules while still a Dreamstime user.
